SP22
Taped Axial Components Feeder
The SP22 bends or bends and forms taped axial components and holds them so that the pliers of a robot can pick them up. The process includes feeding the tape, form, cut, bend and position the processed part in the place where the pliers can pick it up. The complete process takes about 3 seconds. When the pliers pick up the part from the SP22, then it starts with another part. The leads are held right next to the body of the component in order to prevent any tension and stress.

Taped Axial Components Feeder
The SP23 cuts or cuts and "V" bends taped axial components and holds them so that the pliers of a robot can pick them up. The process includes feeding the tape, cut, bend (if needed) and position the processed part in the place where the pliers can pick it up. The complete process takes 2-3 seconds depending on the operation. top
