TP/TO-CF
The TP/TO-CF is an automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in a tube (TO-220, TO-218, TO-126).

All operations are controlled by a PLC. The complete process is fully automated.
Each type of transistor requires a dedicated die.
Two wire holders lock the leads before the cutting and forming operation.
The productivity of the TP/TO-CF is approximately 2,500 parts per hour.

TP/TS1
The TP/TS1 is a pneumatic machine designed to cut and form loose radial components.

There are over 20 standard interchangeable dies available. Special dies can be made to modify the specs of a standard form or a new form can be developed from a drawing upon request.
