TP/TO-CF
The TP/TO-CF is a new automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in a tube (TO-220, TO-218, TO-126).
All operations are controlled by a PLC. The complete process is fully automated.
Each type of transistor requires a dedicated clamping assembly and tube holder. Each form represents a different die.

Motorized cutting forming machine for loose radial components from a stick: IC's, relays, transistors, etc.
This machine feeds, drives and cuts the components by holding them by the body through 2 belts. These belts can be moved closer or away from each other to a maximum lead spacing of 25.4mm (1"). The minimum is 2mm (.078").
