It is universally suitable for PLCC sockets from all manufacturers.
The supports are set to the external contours of the socket.
The two gripping hooks are made from special steel which has been hardened and the edges ground to an acute edge.
Components can be safely extracted even from SMD sockets.
It is safe against short-circuiting because the support pivots of the withdrawal hooks are separate. Typical surface resistance is 105 W.

8920001 - To use it, insert each hook into the "cuts" in the PLCC mounting.  Squeeze the grips together and the component can be gently and easily extracted.
